BRAND IDENTITY ALIGNMENT

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & VISUALISATION
After aligning the visual identity and defining the basic requirements, the process moves on to developing the concept design and visualization of the advertisement. At this stage, key project elements are defined, including the proposed placement of the sign, dimensions, installation method, as well as necessary technical guidelines such as mounting structures and electrical connection points. TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT AND PREPARATION
After the concept design is approved, the project moves into detailed technical development, where all elements necessary for high-quality and precise production are defined. In this phase, structural solutions, material selection, installation methods, as well as technical details related to electrical systems and lighting are carefully elaborated.
The goal of this phase is to clearly define every component in advance, ensuring a smooth production process without unforeseen issues, and guaranteeing that the final product fully meets the planned design and functional requirements.

MATERIAL PROCESSING
The production process begins with precise material processing, which forms the foundation of quality for every advertisement. Thanks to our in-house production system, we are able to fully control all stages of manufacturing—from raw material to the finished product.
Our production facility is equipped with large-format machinery, including a CNC router with a working area of 350 × 150 cm, a CO₂ laser measuring 180 × 130 cm, as well as large-format 3D printers and DTF printing technology. In addition, we have our own metalworking and painting facilities, allowing us to perform complete processing of various materials in one place.
This approach ensures high precision, consistent quality, and full flexibility in the execution of both standard and more demanding projects.

MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBY
After the preparation and processing of materials, the project moves into the manufacturing and assembly phase, where all elements of the advertisement are brought together into a functional and visually cohesive whole. In this stage, structures are formed, housings are assembled, and 3D letters and other signage elements are produced with maximum precision and attention to detail.
By combining modern technology with manual craftsmanship, each segment of the advertisement is carefully fitted to ensure stability, durability, and a flawless final appearance. Special attention is given to the quality of joints, surface alignment, and finishing, ensuring that every product meets high aesthetic and technical standards.

LED LIGHT INSTALLATION
During the lighting installation phase, LED systems are implemented to ensure even, stable, and long-lasting illumination of the advertisement. Through careful selection of components and proper arrangement of light elements, optimal intensity and a uniform visual effect are achieved—without dark spots or inconsistencies.
Depending on the type of signage, different lighting models can be applied—direct, backlit, or combined—along with the choice of white light temperature or RGB spectrum. Each system is additionally tested to ensure reliability, energy efficiency, and maximum visual impact.

QUALITY CONTROL AND TESTING
Before delivery, each sign undergoes detailed quality control to ensure full functionality and compliance with the project specifications. At this stage, all structural elements, finishing, and overall product stability are thoroughly inspected.
